Why Adskings
Agency results. Data-tool prices. 100% money-back.
Hard numbers, side by side, against the tools and agencies you are probably comparing us with.
money-back guarantee
If we don’t deliver what’s in your Service Agreement, you get 100% of your money back, no questions asked. Applies to annual (12-month) agreements.
less per contact than UpLead
Our databases start at US$0.15 per contact (10k) and drop to US$0.05 (250k+). UpLead Essentials works out to US$0.58 per credit. On a 10k list, that is 74% less.
less on service fees than Belkins
Belkins publishes a floor of US$5,000 per month (about C$6,984). On service fees alone, our Knight retainer is C$1,490 per month (79% less) and Duke is C$2,490 (64% less). Belkins may include sending infrastructure; our fees exclude server rental, billed separately by volume.
to ramp, then flexible
Email programs need about 90 days to warm domains, test offers and build pipeline, so every management plan starts with a 3-month term, then continues month to month with 30 days’ notice. An optional annual plan adds the 100% money-back guarantee. Belkins asks for a six-month agreement, and Martal requires a 3–4 month paid pilot.
proven ROAS
EWLG Property Services invested US$73K over 24 months and generated about US$1.3M in revenue, a revenue ROI of roughly 1,681%.
to launch
Database, domains and first sequence go live within 5–10 business days. Belkins quotes launch “in the first 14 days”.
or month 4 is free
Every management plan (Knight, Duke, King, Emperor): fewer than 3 interested leads in 90 days and we run the fourth month free. An interested lead is a positive reply showing interest from a contact who matches your approved ICP. Interested leads are counted from the campaign reply report (positive replies expressing interest), whether or not the mailbox add-on is purchased. On top of that, any bounce rate above 3% gets free contact replacement.
CASL evidence log
Every contact carries its public source, date and role-relevance note: proof of conspicuous publication if a regulator ever asks. Data tools leave that compliance work to you.
At about US$0.02–0.03 per credit, Apollo beats our price per record. Add the seat, the sending stack and the in-house time to run it, and DIY comes to about C$4,300+ per month, against C$2,490 for our done-for-you Duke retainer. The data is not CASL-verified, and there are no guarantees and no refunds. See the full math →

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Why not just use Apollo or another data tool?
Apollo and similar tools are cheaper per record, but you still pay for seats, a sending stack, warm-up and someone in-house to research, verify, write and reply. We deliver CASL-verified contacts with a source log, run the campaigns and report every reply. Mailbox cleaning and interested-lead delivery are add-ons, by quote. Duke includes 5,000 fresh contacts a month for C$2,490.
Is cold email legal under CASL?
CASL allows business-relevant messages to addresses that are conspicuously published without a statement refusing email, when the message relates to the person’s role. We log the public source and date for every contact and include identification and a working unsubscribe in every email. This isn’t legal advice; confirm specifics with your lawyer.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No 6- or 12-month lock-in. Management plans start with 3 months, because email needs about 90 days to warm domains and test offers, then continue month to month with 30 days’ notice. The annual plan is optional: 12 months for the price of 11, with our 100% money-back guarantee.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. With our 100% Money-Back Guarantee, if we don’t deliver what’s in your Service Agreement, you get 100% of your money back, no questions asked. It applies to annual (12-month) agreements. Without an annual agreement, every management plan still includes the 90-day interested-lead guarantee, and every plan includes free bounce replacement.
What is the minimum commitment?
Databases and the Launch trial are one-time purchases. All management plans (Knight, Duke, King, Emperor) start with a 3-month minimum term, because email programs need about 90 days to warm domains, test offers and build pipeline. After that they continue month to month with 30 days’ notice. Continuing management after Launch also starts a 3-month term. Annual (12-month) agreements add our 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
Do you work with B2C companies?
No. We focus only on companies that sell to other businesses — that is where outbound email delivers the best ROI and where CASL allows business-relevant outreach.
Is buying an email list legal in Canada?
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) sets strict rules on consent for commercial electronic messages. We build databases and campaigns with CASL in mind — including consent tracking, identification and unsubscribe requirements — and we'll tell you honestly what is and isn't appropriate for your situation. This isn't legal advice; we recommend confirming specifics with your lawyer.
How much does a database cost?
Ready-made databases start at 10,000 contacts: US$0.15 per contact (US$1,500), going down to US$0.07 at 100,000 and US$0.05 at 250,000+. Every contact is CASL-verified and bounce-checked. Monthly campaign management starts at $1,490. See pricing.
Which email platforms do you work with?
Most major platforms — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo and more. Already have one? We'll work inside it.
How quickly can we launch?
Your first verified database (10,000+ contacts) is ready in 5–10 business days. New sending domains need roughly 2–3 weeks of warm-up, so most first campaigns go out in weeks 3–4.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We're Toronto-based and work with businesses across Ontario and Canada.
