FAQ
Are there payment fees?
Prices are plus applicable taxes. Card payments carry a processing fee of 2.4%, shown and added at checkout. It covers the card processor’s cost; it is not an Adskings service charge. Bank transfer (Interac e-Transfer, EFT or pre-authorized debit) has no fee. The card fee does not apply to consumers in Québec.
What is the minimum term?
Management plans start with 3 months (email programs need about 90 days to warm up and test offers), then continue monthly with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are prepaid at 12 months for the price of 11 and add the 100% money-back guarantee.
Is there a launch discount?
Launch offer 2026: 20% off the first month of any management plan. It does not combine with annual pricing.
What is the setup fee?
C$490 one-time on Knight for onboarding, strategy, targeting and campaign build. Waived on Duke, King and Emperor. Domains, inboxes, warm-up and DNS are the separate Sending setup extra.
Is sending infrastructure included?
No. Plan prices cover our service: strategy, copy, campaign management, reporting and the database. Server rental is billed separately and depends on database volume, through our partners or your own provider, your choice. Partner pricing is quoted on request. Email volumes are the campaign volume we manage, as maximums.
Do you handle replies and deliver leads?
We report every reply. Mailbox cleaning (sorting replies, removing bounces, auto-replies and unsubscribes) and clean interested-lead delivery are extras, by quote.
Is there a lead guarantee?
Yes, on every management plan (Knight, Duke, King, Emperor): fewer than 3 interested leads in 90 days and the 4th month is free. Interested leads are counted from the campaign reply report (positive replies expressing interest from contacts matching your approved ICP), whether or not you buy mailbox cleaning. Conditions apply.
Is cold email legal under CASL?
CASL allows business-relevant messages to people whose address is conspicuously published without a no-email statement. We log the public source and date for every contact, and every email carries sender identification and an unsubscribe link. This is not legal advice.
Can I pay in instalments?
Databases and the Launch trial can be paid in 3 monthly instalments, no interest.
Do you have a referral program?
Refer a business that signs a management plan: they get the C$490 setup waived and a free CASL audit; you get a C$500 credit after their second paid month.
